Worked with the owner and design build contractor to ensure all facets of the design and renovation fell within the guidelines of National Park Service's requirements for Federal Historic Preservation Tax Incentives. Led the design-build team and oversaw several Code modifications required to facilitate the transition from Office to Residential & Transient.
